  147. This is "try before you buy" software.  This means that unregistered
  148. copies of Chaosoft products  may  be  used  only for a limited time,
  149. with the sole purpose of determining wherether they suit your needs.
  150. To continue using the software  beyong  the  evaluation  period,  an
  151. appropriate license for continued use must be purchased.

  153. Registered  (licensed) versions of Chaosoft products are distributed
  154. by and available from Pik a Program, Inc.  Please *do not* send your
  155. orders to Chaosoft, since  Chaosoft  no  longer processes the orders
  156. directly.  *All* orders for the software, as well as questions about
  157. the status of shipment of your order, refunds, registration options,

  196. such user must purchase an  individual  license for continued use of

  201. network, you don't need  to  include  every computer attached to the
  202. network in your license, but you  must  include  every  computer  on
  203. which  the  Program  is installed or used, regardless of whether the

  205. their system.  If you have single  computers  which  allow  multiple
  206. users  to  use  the  Program  simultaneously,  you  must  count each
  207. keyboard or terminal separately  when determining how many computers
  208. are using the Program.

  229. StepUp'96  is  a  set  of utilities designed to extend  Windows user
  230. interface.  When  you  install  StepUp'96,  additional  commands are
  231. added to the menus and taskbar of Windows, making you able  to  work
  232. with Windows easier and faster.

  371. File Manager is one  of  two  main  reasons  why individual users of
  372. Windows 3.1 upgrade to Windows for Workgroups (the other  reason  is

  387. File Manager Guard (or, for  short,  FM Guard) is a powerful utility
  388. for Microsoft(R) Windows(tm) 3.1, 3.11, and Windows  for  Workgroups
  389. (tm)  3.11,  that  allows  one  to  selectively disable features and
  390. capabilities of File Manager and some other Windows components.

  392. You will find FM Guard indispensable  if you share you computer with
  393. someone else and you don't want the other one to mess your system up
  394. (even if s/he is someone very special!).  Or, if you allow your kids
  395. to play games on your system from time to time, and want to be  sure
  396. that  everything  will be OK when they finish them.  Or if you are a
  397. network administrator and your users give you a headache messing the
  398. files up all the time.  Or ...

  400. After installing FM Guard, you will  be able to prevent user(s) from
  401. performing any  or  all  commands  of  File  Manager,  from  running
